Verify your identity

To comply with regulations, RAYS CARD verifies your identity (KYC) before you can use your card. Verification is done on a dedicated verification page, opened from a prompt in the app.

What you need

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license)
• Good lighting for a clear selfie

Steps

1. Log in to the app

If your identity isn't verified yet, a red banner appears at the top of the screen: "Please complete your KYC verification to use all features."

2. Tap the banner to start verification

Tapping the banner opens the identity verification page. Follow the instructions to photograph your ID and take a selfie.

3. Check your status

You can check your verification status under Settings → Identity verification (Not verified / Under review / Verified).

After verification

Once your status shows Verified, card payments and all other features are unlocked. Review can take some time.

If verification fails

If the banner doesn't appear or verification fails, retake the photos in better lighting and make sure all four corners of the document are visible. If it still doesn't work, contact us from the Help Center.
