RAYS CARD charges a card usage fee, as well as fees such as card issuance, an annual fee, and card reissue.
Card usage fee
When you pay with your card or use an ATM, a fee of 2.7% of the amount applies. In addition, an FX fee applies to transactions in a different currency.
