Activate your card

The card you received becomes usable once you activate it in the app.

What you need

• The card itself (to read the last 4 digits)
• The association number printed on the card kit

Steps

1. Open the Card screen

In the app, open Card and select the card you want to activate (add a new card from Register card).

2. Enter the activation details

• Last 4 digits: the last 4 digits of the card number (e.g. 1234)
• Association number: the number printed on your card kit (e.g. 000004736399)

3. Tap "Activate card"

Check your entries and tap Activate card. When you see "Your card was activated successfully", you're done.

Viewing card details

To display the card number, expiry date, or security code, you'll be asked for additional authentication (biometrics, password, or two-factor authentication) for security.

If it doesn't work

Double-check the last 4 digits and the association number. If you still can't activate the card, contact us from the Help Center.
