To start using RAYS CARD, first apply for a card on the application site, then log in to the app once you're registered.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- A valid email address
- A mobile number that can receive SMS
- A government-issued ID (needed later for identity verification)
Steps
1. Apply for a card
Registration and applications are handled on the application site. From Apply for a new card in the app, or from the application page, follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details.
2. Download the app and log in
Once your application is complete, install the RAYS CARD app from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your registered email address and password.
- If your email isn't verified yet, you'll be asked to enter the verification code (OTP) we send to your email.
- If you've set up two-factor authentication, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Next step
After logging in, complete identity verification (KYC) to unlock card payments and all other features.
